JooJoo Refunds Smell Awfully Fishy

First of all, considering everything that has happened in the last few months with the Crunchpad / JooJoo thing, I want to know who actually spent their hard earned money pre-ordering one of these things (besides this guy)? Second of all, if you did spend you money on a pre-order, it looks like you might have a hard time getting a refund.

After the lawsuits and delays, this reader's experience—asking for a refund—truly puts JooJoo's reputation on the line. It feels written by a Nigerian scammer, rather than customer support. Here's their whole email exchange. You'll be the judge.
