Sex Offender = No Internet Access
Looks like New Jersey just enacted a law barring certain sex offenders from even having access to the internet. Although the intention seems good, I just see too many ways for the creative ones to get around the law for this to work. Then again that seems to be the way with every law.
In signing the restrictions into law, Acting Gov. Richard J. Codey, who is filling in while Gov. Jon S. Corzine is vacationing, noted that sexual predators were as likely to lurk at a computer keyboard as in a park or playground.
