Vodafone Protests T-Mobile iPhone Sales

Apparently companies are still fighting over the iPhone in Germany. Vodafone got an injunction against T-Mobile but that doesn’t seem to stop them from selling the phone in defiance of the court order.

On Monday, a court in Hamburg granted a temporary injunction against T-Mobile, although the terms of that order do not stop the operator from selling the iPhone, said representatives for Vodafone and T-Mobile.
