The big news in the mobile graphics arena is the widespread adoption of the NVIDIA GeForce Go 7800 GTX. OEMs like Voodoo Computers, Falcon Northwest ABS and others all offer notebooks with the option of the 7800 GTX Go GPU. The mobile part is clocked slightly slower than its desktop counterpart but sports all the same features.

NVIDIA Corporation today unveiled the new NVIDIA GeForce Go 7800 GTX graphics processing unit (GPU), the flagship of the NVIDIA notebook GPU line-up. This new GPU is immediately available in notebooks from Sager Computer, Inc., Falcon Northwest, Voodoo Computers, Inc., Eurocom Corporation, ABS Computer Technologies, Inc., Hypersonic PC Systems, Evesham Technology, and ProStart Computer, Inc.
